Much easier day today! Took the kids to school, came home, finished laundry, and straightened up.
I ate pretty good today. I made scrambled eggs for lunch. I used one whole egg and three egg whites. I did use a piece of cheese and a 1/2 Tbls of ketchup on top. I also had a Tbls of country crock light. Sounds like a lot but it was only 228 calories. Breakfast was just juice. Dinner I made ziti and breadsticks. I only ate one breadstick but instead of the ziti I had a pasta lean cuisine. Nature Valley has made a granola biscuit with coconut cream. They are 190 calories but ver delicious. They kinda taste like a oatmeal cream cake. Hard instead of soft.
I had Zumba tonight so I got in my steps with 60 active minutes.
