One more week and I’ve blogged everyday for a year. My last post will actually be on September 1st. I’m close to my goal but it’s not looking like I’m going to hit it. I’ve been contemplating on how I’m going to handle it if I don’t reach it.
I managed to get my steps in last night even though it was tough. I had Zumba today so I have my steps in with 60 active minutes.
My eating has been good today. I had a protein shake for breakfast/lunch. String cheese for snack. Dinner was a struggle but I managed. I had two bites each of meatloaf, mashed potatoes,green beans, and 1/2 a roll. That was kinda like my appetizer. For my big meal I had a boiled egg and can of tuna in water. It was filling and my calories and nutrition are all good. Plus, I even have room for my low calorie ice cream.
